Install — New Outlook & Outlook on the web

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Settings (gear) → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Create a signature, click into the box, and paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V).
  4. Set it as default for new messages & replies. Save.

Install — Classic Outlook (Windows desktop)

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. New email → Signature → Signatures…
  3. Create a new signature, click in the edit box, and paste.
  4. Assign it to New messages and Replies/forwards. OK.
Classic Outlook renders via Word and cannot load web fonts, so Fjalla One / Lato fall back to Arial Narrow / Arial there — by design. OWA, Apple Mail, Gmail web and mobile show the real brand fonts. Don't retype the phone or website or you'll lose the links.
